The Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) announced that the first quarter 2021 participant statements, covering the period from January 1 through march 31, 2021 , are now in the mail and available online.
TSP participants can access the statements online by going to www.TSP.gov and accessing the “My Account” section.

TSP Adds Second Investment Manager
Starting in April 2021, the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board’s (FRTIB) will begin transferring some of the assets in the C, S, and F Funds from BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A., to State Street Global Advisors Trust Company.
“Having two investment managers allows each to serve as a backup to the other,” the TSP wrote in an announcement last month. “We expect that the transfers will be complete by the end of June 2021.”
The TSP said it will update their website (tsp.gov) and their educational materials to reflect the addition of the second manager as the transfers are made. The transfers will not affect a TSP participants ability to make changes to their TSP account.
A note on fourth quarter account information for the Thrift Savings Plan
From now on, TSP participants will be able to find 4th quarter (October – December) TSP account information on their annual statement, which will be available the first week of February.
In the 3rd quarter statements and in the its recent e-newsletters, the TSP notified participants that they will no longer provide a separate statement with 4th quarter account information.
