About My Practice

Brian is USAF Retired. He is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of UEBSC.

Each year, at UEBSC we literally help hundreds of federal employees, military members, small business personnel and military members transitioning to civilian status make major decisions regarding retirement planning. I have seen many employees of small businesses, military members and federal employees in all agencies and all pay grades nearing retirement without the proper knowledge and tools required when preparing to retire. UEBSC has partnered with many government personnel, employee unions, associations, and organizations in order to educate federal employees, small business personnel and transitioning military members identify gaps and shortfalls in their current benefits.

Our goal is to educate them on the impact of their benefits at retirement and the steps they should take next. This experience provides them with direction, solutions, and a feeling of satisfaction knowing that they have a structured benefits package that will be available for many of life's future anticipated and unexpected events.
