It has been my honor to have worked with Federal and Postal Employees since 2000. Learning, understanding, and keeping up with the ever changing benefits and retirement plan for this unique group of employees is actually different than other plans offered by companies, the states, etc. While many of the benefits are the same, not all rules are designed for each individual employee.
