TSP Announces Scheduled Outage of Services and Instructions to Request Color Copy of 2019 Annual Statement

February 20, 2020 My Federal Retirement

Scheduled Outage

The Thrift Savings Plan made an announcement Tuesday of a scheduled outage of its various service.

Due to scheduled system maintenance, www.tsp.gov, the ThriftLine, and www.frtib.gov will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. (ET) on Saturday, February 22, to 8:00 a.m. (ET) on Sunday, February 23, the TSP said.

The ThriftLine is the TSP’s automated telephone service. The number is toll free within the United States and Canada.

Requesting a color copy of your 2019 annual TSP statement

The TSP announced last week that due to a contractor error, TSP participants may have received a black and white version of their 2019 annual statement in the mail.

If this is the case, and if a participant would like to view a color copy of the annual statement, they can either log in to My Account section on www.tsp.gov to view the statement online, or call the ThriftLine and request to have a color copy mailed to them.
