After retiring as a FERS Employee, from the United States Border Patrol, as the Patrol Agent in Charge of the El Paso Sector Intelligence Unit, I realized there had not been any training early in my career to help me make long range plans and pertinent decisions to manage and maximize my retirement.  I have developed a strategy and course for early to mid-career employees to help them better understand and prepare for their retirement.  I also assist mid-career to retirees understand and plan their retirement and maximize their retirement income.  I have presented these classes to Border Patrol Sectors including: El Paso, Marfa, Yuma and Spokane.  I have also assisted hundreds of Federal Employees better plan and prepare for their retirement.
