CSRS Redeposit Actuarial Reduction in Annuity Factors
CSRS redeposit service actuarial, or reduction, factors are assigned based on your age at the time of retirement. The amount of the redeposit due, including interest, is divided by the actuarial factor. The remainder is rounded up and equals the monthly reduction in the annuity. The forumula is as follows:
